The Genesis Scottish Open is set to feature a star-studded lineup at the Renaissance Club from July 10-14, including notable players Xander Schauffele, Robert MacIntyre, and Tom Kim. Tickets are available now at etg.golf/GSO24Tickets.

These players join an already impressive field with defending champion Rory McIlroy and Ryder Cup stars Ludvig Åberg, Matt Fitzpatrick, Tommy Fleetwood, Viktor Hovland, Justin Rose, and Justin Thomas.

World Number Four Xander Schauffele returns after winning his first Rolex Series title at the event in 2022, making history by becoming the first to win a co-sanctioned event by the DP World Tour and PGA TOUR outside of the Majors and World Golf Championships.

He expressed excitement about returning to Scotland, stating, “Winning in Scotland a couple of years ago was amazing, there is so much history to the game in this country and the fans really got behind me, so it was a very special moment in my career.”

Schauffele is also gearing up for a significant summer as he aims to defend his Olympic gold medal in Paris in early August.

Scottish golfer Robert MacIntyre, a two-time DP World Tour winner, leads the home charge.

This marks his sixth consecutive appearance at the Genesis Scottish Open, following his debut at the Ryder Cup in 2023.

Reflecting on last year’s close call when he finished second to McIlroy, MacIntyre shared, “Last year was incredible and heartbreaking at the same time – I’ll never forget it… I want to play the Genesis Scottish Open for the rest of my life.”

He will aim to become the first Scot to win the event since Colin Montgomerie in 1999.

Tom Kim, the 21-year-old Seoul native and World Number 23, is making his third appearance at the Genesis Scottish Open after strong performances in 2022 and 2023.

Kim expressed his enthusiasm for returning, saying, “The Genesis Scottish Open has so much history and I’ve loved playing at the Renaissance Club the last couple of years”.

“I’ve had some good results, and it sets me up nicely the week before The Open.”

The Genesis Scottish Open, co-sanctioned by the DP World Tour and PGA TOUR, continues to be a key event on golf’s global calendar, thanks to the continued commitment of the Scottish Government and support from VisitScotland.

A range of ticket options, including daily general admission, season tickets, Ticket+, and Green on 18 premium hospitality packages, can be purchased at etg.golf/GSO24Tickets.

However, some premium packages have already sold out, highlighting the event’s popularity.
