Under a multi-unit franchise agreement spanning six UAE sites, the team secured exclusive development rights in the region.
Nestled within Mina Seyahi at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, the venue spans an impressive 32,038 square feet.
It boasts 17 cutting-edge simulators powered by Trackman Golf, each equipped with Five Iron’s multi-angle camera system for swing analysis.
Moreover, six bays feature TruGolf Multisport technology, offering a diverse range of sports experiences.
Complementing the experience are top-of-the-line Callaway clubs provided with every booking and free on-site valet parking for seamless access.

Featuring four bars, including an outdoor beach-themed bunker bar with a nine-hole mini-golf course overlooking Dubai Marina, guests are treated to a panoramic experience.
