Volvik Launches New Golf Ball Series to Support Breast Cancer Research

Volvik USA, has expanded its partnership with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF), introducing a special edition of its new Vivid and Crystal Combi golf balls to support the cause.

This launch comes on the heels of a strong response to the initial Vista3 BCRF edition, with an eye toward Women’s Health Week, which runs from May 12-18, 2024.

With this expanded partnership, Volvik USA will donate $1 to BCRF for each special edition dozen sold in 2024, with a minimum commitment of $20,000.

BCRF is recognized as the largest private funder for breast cancer research worldwide, having awarded over $60 million in research grants for 2023-2024 to more than 250 researchers.

Pete Kinney, PGA, President of Volvik USA, remarked, “Adding Vivid and Crystal Combi to our BCRF partnership furthers our commitment to help raise awareness and provide support in the research needed to improve treatment options, and ultimately advance steps towards a cure.”

He also emphasized that this partnership includes golf balls for various skill levels, allowing golf courses to use them in local fund-raising events.

This could potentially enhance existing programs and drive further support for breast cancer research.

BCRF, since its inception in 1993, has been a significant contributor to major breakthroughs in breast cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and metastasis.

With BCRF leading the charge in science and innovation, Volvik USA’s collaboration aligns with the foundation’s mission to support breast cancer research and ultimately find a cure.
