USA GOLF Announces Men’s Roster for Olympic Games Paris 2024

In a surge of patriotic pride and sporting anticipation, the USA Men’s Golf Olympic Team has been revealed for the upcoming Olympic Games Paris 2024.

A quartet of world-class players—Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele, Wyndham Clark, and Collin Morikawa—will don the red, white, and blue, eager to etch their names into the annals of Olympic golf history.

There’s no shortage of accolades in this lineup. Scheffler currently reigns at No. 1 in the world, maintaining a steely consistency that’s as unwavering as a Texan sunset.

Schauffele, fresh off his gold-medal heroics in Tokyo, brings the confidence only an Olympic champion can muster.

Meanwhile, first-time Olympians Clark and Morikawa—both riding high in the rankings—are looking to make a resounding statement on Le Golf National’s storied course from August 1-4.

The Power Quartet

Scheffler’s razor-sharp approach and calm demeanour have elevated him to the summit of the golfing world.

Right beside him is the ever-collected Schauffele, whose gold in Tokyo demonstrated a knack for thriving under the fiercest pressure.

Newcomer Clark, out of Denver, has been climbing steadily—his performance in recent events showcasing a relentless work ethic and a flair for big stages.

And rounding out this formidable foursome is Morikawa, a two-time major winner whose iron play is the stuff of legend.

A Legacy of Excellence

“The United States is home to some of the best golfers in the world and it’s an honour to introduce the four men that will represent Team USA on a global stage,” said USA GOLF Executive Director Andy Levinson.

“Since the return of golf to the Olympic Games, Team USA has reached the podium on both occasions with Matt Kuchar earning bronze in Rio and Xander Schauffele bringing home gold in Tokyo.

With such a talented team going to Paris, we feel confident in Team USA’s continued success.”

Given each player’s track record—Scheffler’s enviable No. 1 ranking, Schauffele’s Olympic glory, Clark’s meteoric rise, and Morikawa’s major triumphs—there’s every reason to believe Team USA’s winning streak could extend in Paris.

The 72-hole stroke play is a test of nerve, strategy, and endurance, and this group has proven they possess those qualities in spades.
