Staff WriterIn a move that blends golf, gratitude, and a good pair of shoes, TRUE linkswear (TRUE) is marching into Independence Day with a fresh collaboration and a patriotic purpose.
Known for creating ultra-comfortable modern golf footwear built for both the fairway and the real world, TRUE linkswear has partnered with PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere), the flagship military outreach of the PGA of America REACH Foundation. Together, they’re launching the Patriot Pack—a red, white, and blue limited-edition shoe line honouring Veterans and Active Duty Military.
And this isn’t just about laces and leather. This partnership puts a spotlight on PGA HOPE’s vital mission: introducing golf to thousands of Veterans and active-duty service members as a form of physical, mental, and emotional rehabilitation.
Through more than 550 programs across all 50 states, PGA HOPE served over 17,000 Veterans in 2024 alone. Since 2015, that figure has climbed past 50,000—a testament to the healing power of fairways and flagsticks.
“The work PGA HOPE does in communities all across the country is inspiring and vital and one of the truly impactful ways that the PGA of America is using golf to enrich and empower our military heroes,” said Adam Minnich, TRUE’s Vice President of Sales.

At the heart of this new collection is the TRUE linkswear Patriot Pack, which features three standout models dressed in Stars-and-Stripes swagger:

The initiative also carries real therapeutic weight. PGA HOPE operates under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Veterans Affairs, meaning healthcare professionals can directly refer Veterans to PGA HOPE as part of their recovery.
Programs are led by PGA professionals trained in adaptive golf and military cultural competency, offering a six- to eight-week curriculum that’s as effective as it is empowering.
TRUE linkswear (TRUE) will release the Patriot Pack online at TRUElinkswear.com on July 4. Each shoe retails for $219 and is available in men’s sizes 7–15, including half sizes up to 12.5.
