Just a half-hour drive from the esteemed Golf de Seignosse—already a jewel in Resonance’s crown and ranked among Continental Europe’s Top 20—Golf de Moliets brings 27 holes of raw, elemental golf.
The 18-hole championship layout, drawn up by none other than Robert Trent Jones Sr., threads its way through pine and dune with a flair that made one Irish journalist declare it “the most Irish course in Aquitaine.” That’s no small compliment—especially when the Guinness isn’t even flowing.

Sustainability isn’t a buzzword here—it’s a blueprint. Plans include installing solar panels, refining water usage, and preserving the delicate dune ecosystems that surround the course.

“Its 40th anniversary, in 2026, is an enduring symbol of excellence and inspiration on France’s breathtaking Atlantic coast,” Roussellet said. And he’s right. Forty years of fairways, birdies, and lost balls in the fescue deserves more than a polite clap.
Off the course, the Landes region is a postcard brought to life. Between the Vélodyssée cycle trail, the Amazon-esque Courant d’Huchet, and waves that attract surfers from around the globe, it’s hard not to get swept up in the outdoorsy joie de vivre.
