PING Unveils 2024 Solheim Cup Uniforms for Team Europe

PING has just unveiled the official 2024 Solheim Cup uniforms, designed to be worn by the reigning champions, Team Europe, at this year’s event in September.

The collection, now available for purchase exclusively online at PING Europe, continues the successful partnership between PING and the European Solheim Cup team, following the 2021 and 2023 collaborations.

2024 Solheim Cup Uniforms

Day One: Classic European Vibes

The first day’s uniform channels a timeless European aesthetic with a bold mix of vibrant blue, white, and yellow accents.

The polo shirt and mid-layer, featuring sporty stripe designs on the sleeves, proudly incorporate European stars into the pattern.

A fresh addition to the lineup is a hybrid hooded jacket in stylish white, complete with ‘Team Europe’ emblazoned down the right sleeve, ensuring the players look sharp whether on or off the course.

Day Two: Sporty and Dynamic

The second day introduces a more sporty vibe, highlighted by star tape details along the arms.

This design delivers a clean, athletic look, with performance-driven garments that scream confidence.

To complete the outfit, players can choose between a tournament cap or a bucket hat, both adorned with the Solheim Cup logo and a metallic gold trim around the blue ‘Team Europe’ band—symbolising victory.

Sunday: A Winning Look

The final day’s uniform is all about making a statement. The Sunday ensemble is centred around a polo shirt and vest, both featuring a striking yellow star detail on the back.

The uniform is polished off with sleek yellow trims along the zips, under plackets, collars, and pockets, ensuring a modern, sharp look as the team aims to secure another win.

Designed to Inspire

Fiona Reilly, PING’s Global Creative Director, spoke about the inspiration behind the designs: “The PING apparel design and development team has worked closely with Suzann Pettersen, Team Europe Captain, to ensure that the uniform will inspire and make the athletes feel proud to be representing Europe.

Making sure the garments look and feel good is of paramount importance. The feedback we’ve had from the team over the past few years has always been very positive, with comments on how comfortable the fabrics are.”

Reilly also highlighted a special design feature: “We’re excited to see the team wearing this year’s outfits, with all styles featuring the Team Europe logo—the three stars representing the last three consecutive victories for Team Europe.

There’s also a smaller star in the letter ‘O’ of the word ‘Europe’ to help motivate the team to hunt down a record fourth consecutive victory.”

These thoughtfully designed uniforms are now available for fans to purchase exclusively at PING Europe’s website.
