PING AW25 Men’s Golf Apparel: Game-Changing Gear for All-Season Golfers

If you think golf fashion peaked with tartan trousers and knitted vests, PING would like to have a word. The new PING AW25 men’s golf apparel collection has landed, and it’s armed with enough tech, tailoring, and weatherproof wizardry to make even Mother Nature consider a lay-up. It’s a range that blends proper golf performance with design details sharper than a Scotty Cameron putter edge.

At the heart of this season’s launch is a complete rethink of waterproofs. PING has introduced three new jackets that could probably survive a hurricane, or at the very least, a particularly bad day at Hoylake.

First up, the Impervious Jacket – a 20,000mm-rated waterproof that’s so soft and quiet you might forget you’re wearing it.

PING Impervious Jacket

That’s thanks to a flexible 3-layer knitted fabric with 20,000 g/m² breathability and a seam-free underarm design, which means you can actually swing without feeling like you’re wrapped in bin liners.

Perfect for those sideways-rain Saturdays when the rest of your fourball suddenly “remembers” they have other plans.

Then there’s the AquaDrive Jacket – a featherweight 2.5-layer masterpiece designed for comfort, protection, and keeping you cool when the competition heats up. Its half-zip sibling, the AquaDrive Half-Zip Jacket, offers the same tech in a pullover style – perfect for wet and windy rounds where you want less bulk but all the coverage.

Both come with matching AquaDrive Pants in black or navy, delivering full-kit waterproofing at 10,000mm and breathability at a whopping 30,000 g/m². Translation: you’ll stay dry without sweating like you’ve just carried your own bag for 18.

The Norse Series also gets an upgrade with the Norse Cocoon Jacket – a PrimaLoft®-insulated, stretch-friendly winter fortress that’ll keep you toasty without turning you into the Michelin Man.

For those who prefer a little less coverage but the same performance, the Norse Cocoon Vest steps up as the ultimate layering option.

For the mid-layer crowd, there’s the Astbury half-zip hybrid fleece – the first PING garment to use Clo® Insulation with Vivo Extreme technology. That means extreme breathability, four-way stretch, and a zoned construction that plays as well in winter winds as it does under a waterproof. Pair it with the AquaDrive Jacket, and you’re basically wearing a golf-ready suit of armour.

If hoods are your thing, PING has introduced the Nexa – a wind-beating, water-resistant fleece with a camouflage pattern knitted into the fabric. Stylish enough for the clubhouse, technical enough for the back nine in a gale.

Of course, no collection is complete without a couple of standout polos. The Julian Polo delivers three print options – PING Eye Mark micro dot, multicoloured mini flag, and brush stroke camo – all powered by SensorCool® tech to move moisture and keep you comfortable.

The Creek Long Sleeve Polo offers the same moisture management but in a heathered finish for those cooler rounds.

With the PING AW25 men’s apparel range, it’s clear the brand has no interest in dressing golfers for “just in case” weather.

This is kit built for “bring it on” conditions – with enough performance, flexibility, and style to keep you swinging in comfort year-round.
