Premium high-tech golf apparel brand Galvin Green has unveiled its roster of global Tour players, with Swedish standout Alexander Björk headlining the PGA TOUR and English talent Jordan Smith leading the charge on the DP World Tour.
Björk, boasting an impressive stroke average of 69.59 across the DP World Tour calendar in 2023, is poised to focus predominantly on the prestigious U.S. Tour following a career-defining season that culminated in an 11th-place finish in the Race to Dubai standings, securing him a coveted PGA TOUR card.
Fresh off a remarkable T2 finish at the Jonnson Workwear Open in South Africa, Jordan Smith remains a steadfast advocate of Galvin Green attire for yet another year.
His stellar performances on the DP World Tour last year, which included four top-10 finishes alongside a commendable T20 and T41 finish at the 123rd U.S. Open and 151st Open Championship, underscore his commitment to the brand.
“We’re thrilled that Alexander has earned his PGA TOUR card, a testament to his consistent and stellar performance throughout the season,” remarked Conor Petters, Galvin Green Global Tour Manager.
“It was equally gratifying to witness Jordan’s continued presence at the forefront of competitions last year,” he added.
Joining forces with Björk and Smith are five additional Tour players slated to sport Galvin Green ensembles in 2024. Among them is Laurie Canter, representing England, who will don the brand’s attire during tournaments on LIV Golf as a wildcard player and on the DP World Tour.
Meanwhile, Jake Bolton, a former Walker Cup standout, joins the ranks, showcasing the latest men’s range featuring standout products like the ARMSTRONG GORE-TEX Paclite® jacket, renowned for its 100% waterproof and windproof features, and the MO shirt crafted from moisture-wicking VENTIL8™ PLUS fabric, distinguished by a striking cross-body gradient print.
Alexandra Swayne, at 23, returns for her second consecutive season donning the brand’s vibrant women’s styles after making her mark on the Ladies European Tour last year.
Joining her is 29-year-old Danish talent Nanna Koerstz Madsen, along with Corinne Viden, as they bolster the brand’s presence on the LET circuit.
“We are thrilled to continue our unwavering support for both our new and seasoned Tour players, confident that each member of Team Galvin Green will serve as exemplary brand ambassadors on the global stage in 2024,” Petters concluded.
