England Golf has announced the rosters for the upcoming European Team Championships, set to take place from July 9-13, 2024.
These selections mark an exciting time for England’s golf enthusiasts as the country’s best talents prepare to compete on the continental stage.
European Women’s Team Championship – Spain
Competing at the prestigious Real Sociedad Hípica Española Club de Campo, the England Women’s team is set to defend their impressive legacy.
The lineup includes:
- Jess Baker: A 21-year-old from Northumberland, Jess is known for winning the 2022 Women’s Amateur Championship and has already secured three top-10 finishes in 2024.
- Rosie Belsham: Hailing from Whitley Bay, Rosie has represented England in 2022 and 2023. She boasts victories at the Collegiate Invitational in Mexico and the Rainbow Wahine Invitational in the USA.
- Lily Hirst: This 21-year-old from Huddersfield won the English Women’s Open Stroke Play Championship and has multiple top-10 finishes in the USA.

European Men’s Team Championship – Italy
Royal Park in Italy will host the England Men’s team, featuring:

- Seb Desoisa: A Gibraltarian representing Alcadeisa, Seb has 15 top-five finishes and victories in the Spanish U18 Championship.
