DeChambeau’s Crushers GC Land Major Tech Sponsorship with Qualcomm

In a move that’s part Silicon Valley sizzle and part power fade off the tee, Crushers GC—the juggernaut of the LIV Golf League captained by none other than Bryson “The Human Physics Experiment” DeChambeau—has joined forces with tech titan Qualcomm.

It’s a multi-year collaboration that promises to blend bomb-and-gouge golf with the microchip precision of modern engineering.

Now, before you ask, no, this doesn’t mean Bryson will be swinging a 5G-enabled driver (though would anyone really be surprised?). But it does mean that Crushers GC—already the LIV League’s winningest team—is about to get a serious upgrade in the storytelling and content department, courtesy of Qualcomm’s deep well of technological know-how.

“The new partnership with Qualcomm is a natural fit,” said DeChambeau, with his usual blend of boyish excitement and mad scientist swagger.

“I am passionate about integrating technology to enhance my performance and engage with my community, which is why I am excited to partner with a company like Qualcomm that is inventing the technology that the world uses every day.

This is just the beginning of a journey that will transform the way we experience and interact with sports.”

That’s not just fluffy PR talk. If there’s one thing DeChambeau and Crushers GC know how to do—besides obliterate par-5s—it’s push boundaries.

This is, after all, the team that has chalked up eight regular-season team victories and the 2023 Team Championship, thanks to a globe-trotting squad that includes England’s Paul Casey, America’s Charles Howell III, and India’s Anirban Lahiri.

And let’s not forget Bryson himself, who’s notched three individual LIV Golf titles, including the 2025 showdown in Korea.

And now, with Qualcomm in the bag (next to that graphite-shafted 3D-printed driver), DeChambeau and co are planning to supercharge their digital content game.

Fans can expect Qualcomm’s tech to feature across Crushers’ social platforms, immersive fan experiences, and—of course—on the team’s apparel, which will now proudly bear the chipmaker’s logo.

Don McGuire, Senior VP and CMO of Qualcomm, was just as bullish about the union: “Bryson DeChambeau and Crushers GC’s groundbreaking approach to team golf and the use of technology to optimise their performance, aligns perfectly with Qualcomm, a US technology leader that has been at the forefront of innovation for 40 years.

This collaboration seamlessly corresponds with our commitment to advancing technology and enhancing experiences, and we look forward to working with Bryson and Crushers GC to introduce our technology to their fans around the world.”

In other words, this isn’t your grandfather’s golf team—unless your grandfather also tracks his spin rates with aerospace-grade analytics and livestreams bunker practice with 4K drone footage.

Whether it’s on the fairways or the cloud, Crushers GC continues to redefine what a modern golf team can be.

With Qualcomm’s support, don’t be surprised if the next major breakthrough in golf content—or clubhead speed—comes from this tech-fueled partnership.

Now, if only someone could invent a chip that makes three-foot putts.
