Laetitia Beck Claims First Epson Tour Victory at Atlantic Beach Classic 2025

Laetitia Beck triumphed at the 2025 Atlantic Beach Classic presented by Access Golf, a win that has everyone talking at Atlantic Beach Country Club.

After a testing two days under difficult conditions, Beck emerged as the only under-par competitor heading into Championship Saturday, proving that patience and perseverance truly pay off.

In her 11th season as a professional – with stops on both the LPGA and Epson Tours – Beck had yet to notch a victory on either circuit.

But this week, she found a new confidence as she adapted to the course’s quirks.

“The first round, she needed to grind out pars and even bogeys. The second round was cold but more scorable than the first, and she took advantage, posting one of the better rounds of the day to take the lead”.

When the final round rolled around, the Atlantic Beach Classic transformed into Beck’s personal showcase.

She fired off a bogey-free 5-under 66, holding the lead solo all day. Her round was punctuated by three straight birdies on holes five, six, and seven, and she navigated the course’s notorious high-scoring corners—especially the formidable hole 16—without a hitch.

Beck then added two more birdies on the back nine, keeping a surging Sophia Schubert, who turned in an 8-under 63 and tied the 18-hole scoring record, at bay.

The last two holes were a walk in the park as she rolled in two short par putts to seal the victory.

“I still tried to not think too much ahead,” said Beck after her final round. “It does show that I am capable of playing well.

Often, I go to an event unsure and not so confident with my game, and I always have to try to figure out something.

So, the good thing is that I’m a feel player. Even though I’m technical, I’m still a feel, and I’m able to find a feel that works for that week.

So, I’m hoping that by winning this week, it will help me stay calmer under pressure.”

This win, marking her first professional victory on tour, propels Beck into the top spot in the Race for the Card.

With a T3 finish last week at the Central Florida Championship under her belt, she now looks to cap off her impressive Florida Swing with yet another strong performance as she edges closer to securing her LPGA Tour card.

In other competition highlights from the Atlantic Beach Classic presented by Access Golf, Sophia Schubert recorded a standout 8-under 63 to tie the tournament’s 18-hole record, while Bi Shin and Carla Tejedo Mulet also put in impressive rounds to round out the top finishes.

Beck’s victory not only adds a coveted win to her résumé but also injects fresh confidence into her game.

As the sun set over Atlantic Beach Country Club, it was clear that on this day, Laetitia Beck was in complete control, proving that determination, adaptability, and a touch of flair can triumph even under the most challenging circumstances.
