VOXA Talent Management Debuts with Golf’s Top Women Stars, Led by Suzann Pettersen

When it comes to shaking up the world of golf, Suzann Pettersen never disappoints. This time, the two-time Solheim Cup captain is driving straight down the fairway into new territory with the launch of VOXA, an athlete-first talent management group poised to champion and uplift the sport’s top female athletes.

Inspired by the Latin word for “voice,” VOXA’s whole aim is to make sure every athlete’s journey is truly heard, respected, and celebrated—and to leave a lasting mark on the sports world.

For two-time Major champ and all-around powerhouse Suzann Pettersen, success at the highest level hinges on having the right people at your back, so she’s channelling all that experience into building a supportive network from the ground up.

“Throughout my career, I’ve always asked myself how I could make an even bigger impact. Competing at the highest level takes not just talent but the right support network.

That’s why VOXA exists – because every athlete deserves a trusted team that values their journey and lifts them up to achieve the impossible.

“This isn’t about management or representation, it’s about empowerment. It’s about time there was a dedicated family for the incredible women in sports.

At VOXA, we focus on the individual: their goals, their voice, and their vision – not just what happens on the course, on the track or on the pitch, but their dreams for the future.

This is personal for me, and I’m determined to build something extraordinary.”

Backed by the sports and entertainment agency 54, VOXA aims to disrupt the old-school model of talent management by putting female athletes firmly in the driver’s seat.

At launch, the group boasts an impressive roster of five golfing powerhouses—each the No. 1 player in her respective country:

  • Running Yin – Former World No. 1, current World No. 3, and reigning top-ranked player from China. At just 22, she’s already collected five LPGA titles, including the 2023 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
  • Carlota Ciganda – A beloved figure in Spain, she has 11 professional wins and a well-deserved reputation as a fearless Solheim Cup competitor.
  • Gaby Lopez – Mexico’s leading golfer, with three LPGA titles and three Olympic appearances under her belt.
  • Shannon Tan – The history-making Singaporean star who became her nation’s first Olympic golfer and claimed a victory on her Ladies European Tour debut.
  • Ashley Lau – Malaysia’s top-ranked player and a 2024 Olympian, fresh off a win at the Vic Open on the WPGA tour of Australasia.

One of the first superstars to join VOXA, Yin, is clearly thrilled.

“Joining VOXA feels like becoming part of a family that cares about me as an individual. It’s a really unique team, one that truly aligns with my goals for the future.

The fact that Suzann is leading this gives me so much confidence. She’s a legend I grew up idolising, and to now have her in my corner feels like a dream come true.”

At its core, VOXA is more than a mere management company; it’s a nurturing ecosystem built to celebrate each athlete’s commercial and competitive success.

Under Pettersen’s visionary guidance, these exceptional women have a home that amplifies their voices, drives their ambitions, and paves the way for the next generation of global sports icons.
